HOW TO FILE A CLAIM
- Report to the Company
- Companies will assign you an adjuster and a claim number
- Adjusters require all the information about the accident (witnesses, police report, photos, videos)
- Adjuster will speak with all parties of the accident before making a decision so be patient
- You are not the only person with a claim, understand that each case is different and has to be reviewed by different people before being approved.
- What will delay the time for you to get compensation? Lack of communication from both parties, proof of what happened, giving false information, lien holders and drivers not listed in the policy.
Information will be sent to the companies and they will contact you in 24-48 hrs.
- If you know the name of the company you can file a claim directly with them, If not you can file a claim with us and we will forward it to the company.
